Intersection of New Hampshire Avenue and Route 108

Nichols Development, the developer of Ashton Meeting Place, is asking the community for assistance in getting the State of Maryland to restore funding for the planned improvements to the intersection of New Hampshire Avenue and Route 108.  Construction of Ashton Meeting Place cannot begin until there is funding for the intersection improvements.  Also, the improvements will increase safety and reduce traffic backups.  See "You Can Help Fix This Intersection" on the Ashton Meeting Place web site for information on how to contact the State Highway Administration and your elected representatives.
