The above-referenced site plan application will be filed with the Montgomery County Planning Board for review under provisions of the Montgomery County Code.

The Applicant will hold a public meeting on the site plan application to explain the project and to notify those attending of their right to participate in the review process.  Copies of the proposed plan will be available for viewing at the meeting.

The current plan is that the Preliminary Plan will be presented to the Planning Board first, and the Site Plan will be presented at a later time.  However, depending on the timing, the Preliminary and Site Plans might be presented to the Planning Board at the same time.  There is currently no date scheduled for any Planning Board hearings on ezStorage in Sandy Spring.
