The current plan is that the
Preliminary Plan will be presented to the Planning Board first, and the Site
Plan will be presented at a later time. However, depending on the
timing, the Preliminary and Site Plans might be presented to the Planning
Board at the same time. There is currently no date scheduled for any
Planning Board hearings on ezStorage in Sandy Spring.
